This series is inspired by ancient cave art. The works were created as a single continuous charcoal line drawn on the canvas freehand, ending in a closed loop.

The artist is fascinated by the obviously shared centuries-old impulse to create representational art. And she asks the question: given the phenomenal advances our species has made in the fields of science and technology, are humans lagging behind in our level of consciousness?
